You can drive over or simply park at a pay parking lot near the border, (it usually costs around $8 a day), and walk across. You can also take the MTS Trolley to the end of the line and walk over into Tijuana. You will see a McDonalds on the main street, next to the McDonalds is a plaza, and then a three story medical building called MEDAC. Dental Art clinic is located on the sidewalk level to the right side of the main entrance.
